W T Skip Leake has been a licensed attorney in Texas since 1983.  Mr. Leake provides personal efficient comprehensive general business and real estate representation for clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Texas, including personal and business estate planning, probate, structuring and formation of business organizations, documenting and closing of multi-national commodity transactions, documenting and closing of real property transactions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, development, disposition and management of commercial and real estate and related lending, as well as handling related commercial litigation including bankruptcy, collections, contracts, construction, oil and gas, probate and real estate.  Mr. Leake represents a diverse domestic and foreign clientele which may be personal or business, with a local, national or international scope of business.  Mr. Leake has personally documented, conducted and/or supervised commercial transactions from 1983 to the present.
